Permadec supplied several variations of  Permanent Formwork for 5 Bridges for this scheme

Project Description

Permadec designed, detailed, manufactured and delivered our GRP Permanent
Formwork to site in Sydney, Australia. The Sydney Gateway project will provide a
new toll free journey from west and southwest Sydney to Sydney Airport, the M5,
Easter Distributor and Port Botany.

The aim of the $2.6 billion scheme is to allow for travel within Sydney to be safer,
more efficient and easier than ever before.

Key facts:

  • Permadec provided over 14,000 m2 of GRP Permanent Formwork to the Sydney Gateway Project
  • Seven variations of our Permadec panels were used, with each panel being bespoke to the five different structures
  • A range of standard and special panels were integrated within this project
  • Over 80 containers were delivered to site
